I'm from Kansas, but I've lived in Missouri and Texas, so my tastes vary from good home cooking to spicy. I'm the mother of two teenaged boys that can eat a person out of house and home. Sometimes I feel like I'm either cooking or planning. The kitchen is my favorite room...thank goodness, since I spend so much time there. I love to cook anything that makes multiple servings and leaves left overs I can freeze. I like to take a simple recipe and spice it up. Oh my... Cooking tragedies. I'm just happy that we live close enough to town, that I can grab take out when I fail.
