Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: May 7, 2012
These cookies are delicious and taste just like brownies!! Reading some of the reviews I did 1 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. I cooked each batch for 8 minutes exactly and they were delicious. Also chilled the dough for an hour before cooking.

Excellent cake!!! I have now made this cake 2 times for different friends birthdays and I have only gotten great reviews and everyone loved it. Followed the recipe exactly and did not change a single thing. Thanks, this is my go to chocolate cake :)

Easy Pineapple Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2012
This cake was delicious!!! Turned out very moist and delicious. After reading other reviews I was worried about it being too sweet so I reduced the sugar as others did to 250g. For extra flavour I added 1 tsp of cinnamon and I really liked the extra flavour. Did not need the full cooking time as my cake was finished and golden brown on top after only 35 minutes. For the icing, the next time I make this I will probably look for another recipe for cream cheese icing. I don't know if I did something wrong as I followed the recipe but my icing was quite runny and I had to keep adding more icing sugar which then made it soooo soo sweet. All in all will definitely make this cake again.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Lite

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2012
Was looking for a light cookie and these are not bad with only 2 pro-points on Weight Watchers. As other people have reviewed they are quite pancakey but I did not mind this texture. That being said I wouldn't really consider this a "cookie" but a low fat chocolatey/cakey treat or something. I am only giving 3 stars because they do not last and I had some problems baking them. I made them yesterday afternoon and then wrapped the plate in saran and this morning they are not hard but very very tough and super chewy and cannot eat them. Better to make them with more people around and eat them quickly after they come out of the oven. Also make sure to USE WAX PAPER!!! The first 6 cookies I just put on the cookie sheet as directed and they did not want to come off. I had to force them off and the cookies even took some of the metal off my pan onto the bottom of the cookie. I didn't actually have wax paper so used foil for the next 6 and they stuck as well but after about 2 minutes when the foil was cooled it was easy to peel the cookies off much like peeling a sticker. Interesting to try but probably won't make again and can find other low fat treats.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
Very good brownie recipe! After reading other reviews I modified the recipe in the following way: Replaced butter with 1/2 cup apple sauce (non sugar added), reduced sugar to 3/4 cups, and only used 1 egg. I found they still had a 'cake' texture to them but they were very chewy and moist which I liked. They were still sweet but not too crazy and everyone loved them at the party I brought them too and were amazed they had no butter or oil in them. In order to reduce sugar intake and calories I did not add the icing but made just the brownies. I cooked in a larger pan 9x7in so they were thinner and only needed 10 minutes to cook at the indicated temperature. Based on the size of the pan I was able to get 15 brownies and if anyone is following Weight Watchers they are only 2 pro-points each! (With my modifications and based on WW France as that is the program I am on).
