Root Beer Float Cake II

This is a quick recipe but I was looking for something more. I tweaked the recipe by adding 2tsp. of Rootbeer Concentrate. I think a vanilla buttercream frosting will work with my 2nd attempt.

Eclair Cake

This is a repeat request when making a dish for a potluck. I have used a jar of melted hot fudge in place of frosting. This is a super easy crowd pleaser!

Green Bean Okazu

This is a definite keeper! It was super easy and even my "I don't eat meat" daughter loved it! I used canned green beans (the no salt kind) instead of fresh and it made it much faster for the time conscience person.

White Chocolate Blondies

Insanely easy to make. I have made these TWICE in the past 4 days and they don't last more than a few hours at my house. This is a new favorite for my family.

Mandarin Orange Cake I

This has got to be the easiest cake I have made! Though it didnt have much orange flavor in the cake mix, the contrast of the pineapple in the frosting made up for it! My husband literally ate the entire cake!!! Looks like a family favorite!
