My family loved it. I changed it slightly. Sliced the zucchini & cooked it with the onion, added green pepper & black olives. thought I had mozzarella cheese but somebody ate it!... so I used white cheddar & Parmesan cheese. YUM! its a keeper.

Barbecued Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
Love this recipe... especially the boxed pizza crust.. way better than pre-made crusts. Love cheddar cheese. The only thing I changed was the sauce. I like 1/2 pizza sauce & 1/2 barbecue sauce... it makes it a little milder. Thanks for the recipe.

Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2012
I tried this... but it didn't really work out so good. I too have charcoal & it took awhile... By the time the bacon was done the corn was overdone! I am willing to try it again because I think it would taste great... I love bacon!

Indian Tandoori Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
This was great. I used the garam masala recipe & made my own. I could only find a huge pkg. @ my local grocery store. Definitely let it marinade for 24+ hours. My family thought it was great & my brother called it gourmet. I didn't use the food coloring. Wish I could've grilled it but it was cold (35) & windy. But it browned up nicely in the oven. Wasn't sure about cayenne pepper but wish I would've used it. I think it could use the extra kick. Otherwise really good. Thanks.

Baked Acorn Squash

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
Love this recipe! I like to use 1/4 cup maple syrup in place of the brown sugar, but both ways are great... This really works well with butternut & buttercup squash, too.

Sure is a keeper! Made this today. I took the advice of one who said she put stuffing on top instead of a crust. Otherwise made as is...Mmm! Delicious!

Spinach Turkey Roll

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
Excellent recipe.... I had to double it for a big family. Didn't have exact ingredients. Used cracker crumbs & oatmeal, 3 eggs, 2 T. hot mustard, Worcestershire, cheddar cheese, Tabasco sauce. I used bread pans & layered it up. Really great flavor. I will definitely make this again. TY

Almond Flour Waffles

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2012
These are actually pretty good! the texture isn't as bAd as I thought it would be... very good flavor. they turned brown alot faster than traditional waffles... so my first one was a little dark. Very little carbs.. can't beat that!

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
Just made this for dinner...very good. I am always looking for ways to use maple syrup. My sister & family make their own...it's wonderful. I paired it with acorn squash & a simple salad w/balsamic vinaigrette. Will definitely make again. My family raved over it.
