this was really good, just finished eating. doubled spices except for red pepper, didn't use the beans, and doubled the garlic. excellent!

flour didn't stick, try thin pork or chicken for cost effectiveness as well as button mushrooms. used chicken stock in place of veal stock.

Asparagus and Ravioli with Dijon Alfredo Sauce

I followed this recipe as written so I don't know what happened. It turned out awful, very oily. I did a lot of recovery work on it, but still not very good. Sorry, won't make this again.

Mexican Casserole

pretty good. needs something. maybe sour cream mixed in or cheese mixed in to make a more moist texture. used kidney beans instead of black (personal preference). very good filling for burritos with some melted cheese dip inside. will make again.

Cajun Crab Soup

Sorry, way too salty for me. Followed the recipe exactly except for adding a bit more garlic. Husband ate it over rice to cut the salty flavor and said it was ok like that, but I don't think I'll make again.

Very good. Definitely restaurant quality. Added 6 cloves garlic cuz we're garlic freaks. Doubled the recipe except for amount of wine, and it turned out great.
