Spiced Yogurt Pound Cake

This is a wonderful easy spice cake. I would add nuts next time. I make 2 8X8 cakes. I also added a little rum to the mix and also the confection iceing I drizzle overtop. This is a keeper!!!!

This is a great recipe. Easy to make and alot of flavor. I didn't have vinilla so I used orange extract. I would use orange extract again. Thanks for the recipe!!

Sangria! Sangria!

Served this at Easter dinner. Was a big hit. Finished quickly. As per another reveiw, I used Rum in place of Brandy and Peach Schnapps in place of triple sec and 7-up in place water.No added sugar.

Apple Avocado Salad with Tangerine Dressing

Nice light refreshing salad. Used a can of mandarin oranges for the juice so I through the mandarin oranges into the salad. Nice touch.

Sangria Ham

Great, Great, Great. I used white wine (not sangria) and added a cup of orange juice with the pinapple jucice. Big hit, even my finicky parents loved it. This is a keeper!!!

Prosciutto Cups

This was made for a good-bye party and was a huge hit. For anyone who thinks the recipe was a bit bland, make sure you have good prosciutto. Defiantly a keeper and will make again

Easy Key Lime Pie I

I could only find bottled key lime juice. Still a very tastey pie. I am looking forward to making this with fresh keylimes I am sure it would be better. The filling filled a traditional 9 inch pie shell.

Liquor-Infused Chocolate Strawberries

Didn't go over as well as I had though however will try this again in the summer. Only took me 30 min to complete this recipes. Was not hard at all. However the chocolate was a little thick and I had to brushed the chocolate onto the stawberry.

Butter Crescents

My family and I found this recipe delicious!!! We found it on the sweet side, but not a sweet roll. I made it to go with a spicy chili and it was a nice combination. I only use whole wheat flour and thought it might be heavy but they weren't. I had extra dough and going to try this as a loaf for dinner tonight. I will defiantly make this recipe again. Thanks for sharing.

This was delicious!!! I also used some diced tomatoes as suggested in another review and added just a little less chili powder but added real chili peppers. This recipe is defiantly a keeper!! Thanks George.

Quinoa and Black Beans

This is a delicious dish. I would make it a touch spicier next time. Leftovers were used the next night as the base for vegetarian tacos. These were even more delicious. This will defiantly become a regular meal in our house. Thanks for the recipe.

Maple Salmon

FABULOUS! EXCELLENT! GREAT! This was so fast to do and great tasting. My boyfriend hates salmon, but because of a cancer scare accepted salmon as part of our weekly meals. He wanted me to rate it a 10. I baked it 15 min because I like my salmon med/rare. It was perfect. Thank you so much for this recipe. It was greatly appreciated.

Quinoa Tabbouleh

GREAT, GREAT! GREAT!!!! If I could, I would give this a 10 out of 5!!!!! I use cilantro instead of parsley. I think this added a touch more flavor. Next time I might try a bit of shrimp in this. One of the best recipes off this sight. I served it on Pita bread and baked Vidalia onions as a side. Thanks for sharing!!!!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

This was a very good bar. We don't usually like rasberry but the seedless worked well with the oats. I was pleased that the bars cut easily and didn't break when you picked them up. I will make these again
