Delicious and super fresh! Great served on the side of sandwiches. I'm definitely going to make this again in the future for picnics and other outings. :)

Easy Vodka Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
Awesome recipe! Incredibly tasty and addicting! I did add chopped garlic with the onion and dried herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme) to the sauce. Salt and pepper are a must too! A pinch of sugar works well if your sauce comes out tasting a little bitter (it's because tomatoes are quite acidic). Enjoy!

Chinese Fried Walnuts

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
Absolutely delicious! Seriously, my family went crazy for these! Very simple to make, just make sure you watch them in the oil because they do burn easily. My first batch burned when I cooked them for the recommended 4 minutes. The goal is so achieve a golden brown color. Additional tip: they're great when paired with spinach salads, apples, cheese, fried shrimp, oatmeal, and stir-frys!

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
I omitted the garlic and parsley because my husband and I aren't big fans, but everything still worked out great! I substituted dried basil for an "herbs de provence" (rosemary, basil, thyme, organo) spice mixture. Excellent recipe! Thanks for sharing. ;)

Snickerdoodles III

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
Perfect recipe. I like my snickerdoodles very cinnamon-ey, so I added some to the dough and the topping. They turned out great!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
These muffins live up to their name... they were so delicious!! I brought them to a party, and all night people were raving about them and begging me for the recipe. I used frozen wild blueberries instead of fresh blueberries. They're such so much more affordable, and the recipe turned out so well. Definitely make the crumb topping too.

Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
WOW, this soup was not only delicious, but also super easy to make! I'd definitely recommend it. I didn't have any celery, so I just doubled the quantity of shredded carrot... it turned out great! Perfect for a chilly autumn day.
