I love baking salmon. I also love any recipes that contains eggplant! Mhmm.

My grandmother makes delicious pies from scratch! My favorite is either blackberry or strawberry rhubarb.

Making baklava! That was time consuming!
My cooking tragedies
My earliest cooking memory was being home alone and trying to make chocolate chip cookies. I was 6 years old, and you can imagine that it didn't go so well! The finished product contained pieces of egg shells and they were undercooked. Yuk!

Orzo Pasta Salad
Delicious and super fresh! Great served on the side of sandwiches. I'm definitely going to make this again in the future for picnics and other outings. :)

Easy Vodka Sauce
Awesome recipe! Incredibly tasty and addicting! I did add chopped garlic with the onion and dried herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme) to the sauce. Salt and pepper are a must too! A pinch of sugar works well if your sauce comes out tasting a little bitter (it's because tomatoes are quite acidic). Enjoy!

Chinese Fried Walnuts
Absolutely delicious! Seriously, my family went crazy for these! Very simple to make, just make sure you watch them in the oil because they do burn easily. My first batch burned when I cooked them for the recommended 4 minutes. The goal is so achieve a golden brown color. Additional tip: they're great when paired with spinach salads, apples, cheese, fried shrimp, oatmeal, and stir-frys!
