Zucchini Patties
Changes: substitute bread crumbs for flower (equal parts or to taste) I cut onion in 1/2. I extracted as much juice as possible by using a strainer and pushing down on the zucchini prior to mixing all the ingredients. If its still too juicy add a TBS of flour until it gets the consistence you want. Delish!

Homemade Tomato Sauce I
Great recipe: Changes I made: I didn't have burgundy wine but Pinot Noir is a perfect substitute. I made this for my lasagna and should have doubled the recipe to make enough sauce for it. If you're using it just for topping other things then the measurements are perfect. Other changes: 1. tripled the tomato paste, blended all the veggies (used green and red pepper) with the tomatoes instead of just chopping them, added a ton more seasoning: red pepper, all spice, basil, celery salt and pepper. It was amazing! yum!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef
I added one pkg Beef Onion Lipton Soup packets. Without it its VERY bland. I added onions as well and skimmed down the milk. Its a good foundation but needs some zing!
