Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2014
I definitely made this but made the crust thicker, also added butterscotch chips and coconut (just covered top of chips with it) and then pured the milk on top was delicious... but def needs sugar in the graham crackers crumbs and coconut gave it a wonderful sweetness

Cottage Pudding - Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2014
I tried this today and loved it.. I too made this with pineapple instead of the apple and cut the sugar to 3/4 cups (white sugar). I also doubled the brown sugar which I am glad I did. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe,

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2014
I tried this last night and I must say it was delish!! However I followed some of the comments and did not use as much sesame oil and I wish I did.. I felt it needed the more salty taste of the oil. My hubby was very hesitant that I was using a marinade on such a wonderful steak but he was pleasantly happy with it and requested it again soon.. Thanks for sharing this one!!

Fried Butterflied Shrimp

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2013
Well just made this tonight and rated it a 5! I had never made fried shrimp before at home.. I had to substitute flour for the bread crumbs due to I was all out and so I added 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the flour, I added seasoning to my flour, adobo, garlic salt, garlic powder pepper and rosemary just threw in about a teaspoon of each but the batter although I halved was amazing and this was the lightest fluffiest batter almost like between tempura and a batter.. everyone loved it and asked me to make it again tomorrow haha thanks for the idea!!
