Steff's Shepherd Pie
I was hoping this recipe lived up to the 4 1/2 stars that it had received. I should have known that it was going to be a bit bland. I wasn't expecting it to be amazing considering the ingredients but for the ease of preparation, I thought it would be worth a try. I followed the recipe with the exception of using ground turkey instead of beef because it was what I had on hand. It was very easy to prepare but was a very boring recipe that was really lacking in flavor. I will not make this again.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
My boyfriend said this was the best pumpkin pie he's ever had. I used 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 2tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp salt instead of the spices called for in the recipe and used a ready made graham cracker crust. It was delish and super easy! I would definitely make this again.

Mother's Banana Bread
I was really disappointed by this recipe. It was not moist enough. I prefer a moist and dense banana bread. This is not the recipe for that type of bread. I did add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp nutmeg like some other reviewers. I think those were great additions. I wish I had also added the heavy cream that some others had mentioned also but unfortunately I didn't have any on hand. I think I'll be going back to my old recipe.
