Quick Cheese Biscuits

Beef Stew VI

Very good beef stew. I did brown my meat with flour, garlic powder and onion powder as suggested and then followed the recipe as noted. There was no need to thicken with corn starch. Family raved about this recipe. Thanks for posting Paula!

Beef Tamales

These are very tasty. I did not have ancho's so I used regular chili powder. Cooking the meat mixture adds to the flavor. thanks for posting this recipe
