Kabobs
Wow! The chicken was so juicy and held the flavors nicely. The kabobs turned out dry though. I cooked part of the mixture in a stir fry pan and it turned out fantastic!

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash
I love this dish! It's extremely flavorful! What a nice dish to make when the kids are eating pizza and you want something unique and tasty.
