Turkey Avocado Panini

WOW! What a great panini...thanks for sharing. Only change was fresh baked Italian bread instead of the Ciabatta rolls. Will make again!

Penne a la Vodka II

Can't believe how good this turned out! Found this recipe completely by accident, but I will be making this again. The kids cleaned their plates and went back for seconds which says alot! Served with homemade pitas on the side.

Indian Chicken Curry II

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

This was perfect! Only made slight adjustments. Diced carrot and browned with onion, celery and two cloves of garlic. Cooked diced chicken in the soup instead of adding already cooked chicken. Added noodles (I used tiny egg noodles "Filini") during last 2 minutes of cooking. This was so good! Thanks for sharing...

Pasta Strega Nonna

Took the advice of other reviewers and added a bit of butter and white wine to the shrimp and asparagus. Served over farfalle with fresh grated Romano. Fantastic dinner in 30 minutes or less! This ones a keeper. Thanks for a great recipe.

Swiss Steak Dinner

I choose this recipe because we had all the ingredients on hand. The meat turned out a bit overdone and tough even though I took out of oven 15 minutes early. Not sure what I did wrong, but this just wasn't a hit at our house. If I made again, I would choose a better cut of meat. Thanks for sharing.

Cherry Pound Cake

Made this for an office gathering, sprinkled with powered sugar. While it was good, it didn't have the wow factor I was hoping for. Next time, I'll cut down on the baking time a bit as other reviewers mentioned. The inside was great, but the outside was a touch overdone. Thanks for the recipe!

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

Made these for dinner last night and I have to agree, they were a lot of work! Looks like we're going to get three meals out of them. I guess it was worth it because my husband loved and asked me to keep the recipe! Kids even ate them too. I followed the receipe exactly. Didn't change a thing. Thanks for sharing!

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

Not sure what I did wrong with this one, but I didn't care for. I cut the sausage into one inch pieces, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. Too much grease for me and I found the flavor to be very bitter. Maybe I'll try again with a different beer? Thanks for sharing.

I made this for dinner tonight and my husband absolutely LOVED! I used one 2 lb boneless pork knuckle and followed the rest of the recipe as written (well, except I didn't have any leeks...) Thanks so much for sharing. I'll be making this again soon!

Beef Stew VI

Made this for dinner and the husband said it was the best beef stew ever! I did make a couple adjustments. Added salt, pepper, garlic powder, to meat before browning and coated with flour. Also added some red wine, a bay leaf and skipped the corn starch. Thanks for sharing!

Garlic Chicken

Followed the recipe as is and it turned out "okay." Definately not a show stopper. It was quick and easy and the chicken was very tender and juicy. Just not the flavor we were hoping for. Maybe next time I'll add chunks of garlic or some garlic salt. Thanks for sharing. =)

Shrimp Durango

Served with Linguine, since that's what I had on hand. Took the advice of a few other reviewers and added garlic and onion after removing shrimp. I also used lemon juice instead of lime and 3/4 cup white wine instead of 1/2 cup. Thanks for sharing!
