Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

Pretty good. Next time I will add more peanut butter and less bananas. Also, I added nutella, which was incredible but cancelled out the peanut butter taste. It tasted between a grilled cheese and french toast--maybe need more egg mix coating.

Spiced Chickpeas (Chole)

I am going to try this again and hopefully give it 5 stars--totally my fault for not knowing the peppers being used but this was waaaay too spicy. I will use different ground red chilies (i used habanero) and maybe a smaller serrano pepper (the one I got from the grocery was quite large).

Asian Pasta Salad with Broccoli and Bean Sprouts

This was awesome. The dressing is so good. I used ramen instead of pasta and I left out the mayonnaise and meat. The only only issue i had was I hadn't realized it was a cold salad so I had to figure out how to chill the ramen. Also, I think the broccoli might have been better lightly steamed. But overall mmmmm.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

These were pretty good but not the best veggie burgers ever. I will try this another time with the green pepper (i left out) and may saute them a little before baking to help with moisture. I also added red pepper flakes. Super easy!

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Pumpkin Seed Pasta

I probably won't make this again. Sounded different and interesting but in the end nothing special. I ended up adding some tomato sauce at the end because it was sort of flavorless even though I used herbed goat cheese.

Chipotle Macaroni and Cheese

This was awesome! We used 3/4 the can of adobo chilis for a lot of spice and added crumbled bacon on top. Also used 3 tomato-chicken bouillon cubes (instead of five chicken).
