Dark Rye Bread
I was looking for a rye bread on which to make cucumber sandwiches and I really like this one. I started it in the bread maker on the dough cycle then put it in a pan to rise a bit before baking it. I baked it at 375 as one reviewer suggested. I used a mini loaf pan and baked for 30 mins. The only thing I did differently after making the first loaf was add more caraway seeds because they are so scrumptious

Pumpkin Pie Squares
I'm wondering if the recipe was changed since the reviews that said the crust was too thin. I made a 9x13 and there was definitely enough crust - more than i expected. I also really liked the taste of the filling, though I did bake it about 10 minutes longer than the recipe said. The only thing I would say is to spray the pan with cooking spray before putting the crust in, just to make it a little easier to get out the squares. I didn't spray it and it still comes out moderately easily, but spray would help. Overall, it was really good.

Apple Bread
Oh! so good! I added vanilla as suggested in the comments and used 1/3 cup brown sugar (that's all I had) and 1 2/3 cup sugar. It was sooooo good. om nom nom.
