Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
This was my first loaf of bread that I made in my bread machine, and it was so good! I used fresh rosmary and I used 1 tb of basil infused oil. It turned out awesome. I also used 1 cup of wheat flour instead of the white. Everything turned out really good. I will make this again and again.

Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2012
I love this soup. I do add broccoli, and sometimes peppers which are both excellent additions. I only use 1 cup of half half but use the substitute of 1 tbsp of butter and enough milk to reach a cup. I also add sugar, thyme and nutmeg like some of the other reviews. I do end up using more chicken broth to get a bigger pot of soup too because it's so good.

Butternut Squash Risotto

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2012
It was really good. I also changed the stock to 3 cups and baked the squash in the oven. I did add mushrooms and peppers with the onion, and also added some chicken for more of a meal. Since I did add more to the rice, I would of added 1/2 cup more of stock. I used 2 cups of mashed squash, and really would of wanted to use double for more sweet flavor. I still loved it!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2012
Really easy. I love garlic so I used half garlic bread crumbs I had, and half panko bread crumbs with added Italian seasoning. Also, you don't need a 1/4 cup of oil. Just a few Tbls is enough. The chicken came out perfect! I will make this again for sure.

Baklava

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2012
Best Baklava ever!!! I got so many compliments, with many saying the best they ever had. I used the suggestions from other reviews by preparing the sauce first and putting it in the fridge and adding more sugar. I also layered every 2-3 sheets using about 2tb per layer. I added a half cup more nuts, and melted the butter. I actually had about a half cup left over because I didn't want soggy dough. I was worried when I had that much butter left over, and I'm glad I did. This was easier then what I thought. Just give yourself sometime, and don't rush. I will be making this for years to come.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2012
Super good with doubling the spices and adding half cup of apple sauce to make it more moist. My cake did split a little at the top, but don't worry. I also turned down the heat to 425 from other reviews and cut off a few minutes. I will be making this again for the holidays.

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2012
This was pretty good, but I should of not used frozen berries. It made too wet. I used about a 1/4 cup less butter, and only used 2 tbls of sugar. Next time I wouldn't use any since the fruit is sweet enough. I also would of added more of the crisp for a thicker layer.

Awesome! I have been looking for a seasoning that you can actually taste in the meat.

Blueberry Drop Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2013
They were pretty good, but I would spray the pan next time. I also used lower fat butter instead, and little over 1 tsp of lemon extract, and turned out good. I like the tartness, and lemon flavor.

Sweet Honey French Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2013
I really liked the flavor, but only had a hint of honey. It was nice and crispy on the outside. I did change the serving size to 18 like another person said, and it was exactly the right normal size for a bread machine. I would add more honey if you want more of a sweetness.

Ricardo's Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2013
I gave this a four only because I always have to add an extra half cup of flour. When I do that, it's great.

Easy Lemon Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
I would suggest putting it in the fridge for awhile because it doesn't hold when you roll it in the sugar. I also cooked it for 10-11 min since the first cookies were not done in the middle. They were ok, but I expected more from the 5 stars.

Master Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
This was the best so far. I added garlic and itlalian seasoning which added more flavor. I baked it for 30, but should of baked it for only 25. I used some of the dough for breadsticks, and they turned out great.
