Soooo easy and great! My search for the perfect cranberry sauce is complete. I followed the recipe exactly. I might try half brown sugar next time.

We loved these! My DH and I couldn't believe they were baked, not fried! I'm going to try this cooking method with other sauces.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2013
As written this would probably only be 3 stars. To add some flavor, I poached my chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. It adds a lot more flavor to the casserole. I think boiled the noodles in the same water. I also used two cream of mushrooms, leaving out the cream of chicken soup.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2012
I used 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and cornstarch to thicken the sauce. This was a great base recipe. My husband said it wasn't a complete meal since there was no meat, but this could be easily added. Next time I will add more spinach and I think mushrooms would be a great addition.

The Best Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2011
I've tried lots of stuffed mushroom recipes and these are my favorite! I add Panko breadcrumbs over the top. It's the perfect crispy texture to go with these savory mushrooms!

These were very good! Nice flavor, but nothing out of this world! I loved the texture. I used yellow butter cake and will definitely be trying other varieties

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2011
After reading other reviews, I refrigerated the strawberry gelatin mixture for about 30 minutes before assembling the salad. Each layer spoke for itself. This was delicious!

As written I give this 4 stars, but with two simple additions, feta cheese and walnuts, this is easily 5 stars.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
I made this into a true casserole instead-boiled and shredded the chicken, cooking and crumbled bacon slices, and layered both with fresh mushrooms i the bottom of the baking dish. I then made sauce with 1 minced garlic clove and poured over the top. I finished it off with the mozzaerlla (just 1 cup) and Panko bread crumbs. And baked for 25 minutes at 350. This was EXCELLENT!!!! My husband and I both went crazy over it. Easy and delicious without the processed soup casserole taste.

From other reviewers, I used Panko bread crumbs and dredged the chicken through flour before the butter. I loved this chicken!! I know it will be a staple in my house for years to come! Thanks for sharing.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
I used 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, no sherry, sauteed fresh mushrooms in olive oil and 1 clove garlic, added cheese and Italian seasoning to the roux at the end while it was bubbly, and then the biggest difference was that I added chopped up bacon slices. This was simply divine. One of the best dishes I've ever had- tip top restaurant quality!

Cocktail Meatballs I

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
I loved this sauce! I've tried many of the meatball recipes on here and this has exceeded any of the ones I've tried. I was in a hurry so I used frozen meatballs and threw them with the sauce into the crockpot. These were given lots of compliments!
