Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

This recipe is EXCELLENT!!! I browned the sausage lightly and then sliced into thin slices (texture preference). Then I added back into the pan with the red pepper flakes (I use 1 tsp of pepper flakes because we like it with a little kick). I also used 1 pint of heavy cream and simmered for a bit longer to thicken...Like the submitter added later, you have to cook the pasta Al Dente then mix the pasta and sauce all together. The pasta will absorb the sauce. This is an absolute favorite in our home!!!
