Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

This is fantastic! Just what I was looking for. Had this dish at a local Houston restaurant for 37.00, this is so very close!! bought lamb chops at Whole Foods, and did double the sauce, just took a bit longer to reduce. Didn't change a thing! Wonderful.

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

This soup is fantastic....takes time to prepare, but well worth it. I have made it 3 times. I double the recipe, and can some for later, just as easy to make 2 batches as one. I use canned tomatoes after the first time, still great! Sometimes I add a tsp. of liquid smoke that is also very good!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This chili is great!! Usually I am a fan of Cincinnati Chili, we wanted a hearty chili. This will be my only hearty chili recipe! It is very flavorful. I didn't add the Tabaso, as kids were eating. Eveyone added it on thier own. Great over Fritoes, cheese and sour cream. A MUST MAKE RECIPE!

Excellent baked chicken....! The juice of the chicken along with the seasonings are wonderful. My son even likes it, so that says it all. he says "Make that chicken with the good juice again"...thanks for a great recipe!

Good Ol' Alabama Sweet Tea

I have been searching for a sweet tea recipe. This one is wonderful...we got hooked on sweet tea living in TN. Now in TX can only find it at Chick fil a. This recipe tastes sooo very good! I easily found the pekoe tea at Kroger. thanks for a good memory!
