Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
This was easy & tasty. I used a suggestion from other reviewer to add my veggies at the end of the cooking time for my noodles. I used veggies I had & I didn't have the lime or cilantro. I chose to add some oyster sauce that I had in the fridge, about 1 Tbsp. to the meat after I browned it. I also added Sirachi (sp) to my plate but I tasted it beforehand and it was good that way as well. I just chose to make it spicy. Soo easy to throw together!

Butternut Squash Soup with a Kick
After reading some of the reviews I chose to roast the butternut squash. I only roasted it for 30 minutes at 425 & it turned out perfectly. I used 2 jalapenos and dry ginger-about a 1/2 tsp. I loved it but felt the heat could have been stronger so I added some cayenne pepper. I did not even try the sour cream. I will play around with the spices a little maybe curry powder? I think you can do many things with this soup & it is delicious as it written. Start there & add what fits your personal tastes!

Orzo and Rice
This reminds me of Rice a Roni only better! To cut back on the sodium I used chicken broth rather than the bouillon cubes. I also used some seasonings that I got from Tastefully Simple called Garlic Garlic ! I can imagine that you could go wild with different ideas to make this dish very versatile!. The family loved this quick and easy side dish!!!
