Real Hummus

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2013
this recipe is amazing! I used 2 tsp. minced garlic, no oil because i wasn't serving it right away, and added 2 tsp of some really hot salsa. the result? I very spicy and truly addicting hummus! I cooked dry beans in my pressure cooker and used about 2-1/2 cups and added about 1 cup of the liquid. I refrigerated it and eat it with crackers or carrots. Thanks for this recipe, it so so delicious!

Pear Bread II

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2012
updated from my other review, the bread was amazing! The changes that I made, made the bread turn out amazing. I will be doing this recipe again, but experiment with different baby foods. Thanks for this recipe. And, someone mentioned it having a nice sugar crust, and even nocking down the sugar down a lot, there is still a lovely sugar crust!

Rainbow Cupcakes

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2012
I made these for my sisters class tomorrow and they turned out great.I haven't actually tried them yet, but they cooked, look, and smell amazing! I didn't color them, i was only looking for a vanilla cupcake recipe. People were saying that they were dry, so I only did 2 1/4 cup flour. I also added 2 tsp. vanilla and did half whole wheat flour. I also cooked at 325 degrees and baked them for about 22 minutes. Definitely a keeper. Thanks :) (Though i did only get 21 cupcakes from them, but that's okay because she only needed 19.)

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
These were super easy and because i used quick rising yeast (Makes things rise 2 times faster), they took only about 75 minutes. Everyone loved them and i didn't make any changes except didn't make them in muffin tins, i used a 9 by 13 inch pan.

Super Duper Zucchini Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
They were amazing. Instead of muffins, i did 4 mini loaves. I used all whole wheat flour, left out the nuts, and didn't sprinkle with brown sugar. These were so good and everyone loved them!

Addictive Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
These are purely addictive! They are moist and have a perfect taste. I made 24 muffins by lowering the amount of ingredients and only did 1 1/4 cup sugar. I also added a Tbsp. of vanilla extract and did 1/3 cup applesauce and 1/3 cup mashed banana. I didn't use raisins, and was going to use chocolate chips, but forgot. You don't even need them, these things are so amazing, my family always goes for seconds... or thirds :)

No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2012
This recipe was amazing! They taste so good and they are also good for you. They are an awesome alternative to cookies because they have no sugar and have nutrients. I substituted the milk powder with almond milk to make them dairy free. I also used honey instead of the apple juice. I also had to add some whole wheat flour because they were too sticky. This is definitely a keeper! I wish i could give it 100 stars!

Graham Crackers

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2012
this recipe was amazing! They were gone in only a couple days. Definetly double the milk, but as far as the rest, they were terrific. Way better than store bought. We will no longer buy graham crackers, we'll make them with this recipe!

Whole Wheat Biscuits

Reviewed: May 12, 2012
I personally liked these, though not my whole family didn't. Some of them said that they were a bit to dry and tasted very floury. My family LOVES the taste of whole wheat and I always make everything with WW flour, but this was a bit to much. I did all whole wheat flour and I do not suggest that!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: May 11, 2012
If I could i would give this recipe more stars! It was amazing. It was so moist and cut perfectly! There was not a single crumb that stuck to the knife. The frosting was great, but the brownies probablly would have tasted good without it. I wouldn't make any subsitutes except halfing the powdered sugar in the frosting. I took the advice from some other people and even with half the amount, it's still really sweet.

Breakfast Pizza

Reviewed: May 11, 2012
This recipe was fantastic! I wouldn't reccomend cooking the dough for more than 5 minutes. Then the edges rise and when you go to pour the egg mixture on, it runs off the side. I made this for my family and they absolutley adored it, even the picky ones.
