This was pretty good, but not great. Doubled the liquid portion and still it came out a bit dry. Good flavor, just would be better with more sauce inside.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

this recipe was sooooo good! only reason for the 4 stars is that it takes a really really long time to cook, but it's definitely worth it! i used less mushrooms also b/c it called for a lot of mushrooms. looks like mush the next day but still tastes really good.

this is a great recipe! i had to add more water and more corn starch than the recipe called for, and i also dipped the meat in flour/garlic powder mixture before putting it in the pan. other than that, this recipe is pretty simple and is delicious.

Very easy and simple to make. Tasted delicious! I cut the sugar by 1/4 but I think I will cut by 1/3 next time because it's a bit sweet for me.

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

This was great! Not the healthiest dish, but I halved the sour cream and used the low-fat kind. Also cut the cheese by 1/3. Very tasty and not too difficult but it does take a long time.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

First time making biscotti and this turned out great. I used finely chopped walnuts instead of pistachios. The dough is sticky so make sure you dip your hands in cold water before attempting to place it on the cookie sheet. Also, I baked the 2nd time for twice as long to make them crispier.

Very easy to make. Added 2 cups of apples instead of the nuts and it turned out very moist. Kind of crumbly - you have to eat with a fork but still delicious.

This was surprisingly easy to make, yet it looks like a fancy meal. I served mine over linguine and it was a great main dish. I might cut down on the salt the next time though.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

This recipe was pretty difficult to make. Kneading the dough is tough if you do it by hand as I did. And then rolling the dough into long strips to twist into pretzels was even more difficult. Overall, they turned out really thick and bready, not like the Auntie Anne's in the mall.
