Low Carb Cauliflower Leek Soup
A delicious low carb soup. We have to put the cream (sometimes we use half and half) or we don't care for the flavor, but mixing it in makes for an amazing creamy soup.

Spicy Black Bean Soup
Way too salty and calls for the tomatoes to be added at the beginning which messes up the cooking process for dry beans. The broth had a nice flavor under the saltiness, but the salt definitely makes it inedible.

Buffalo Chicken Salad
Excellent flavor, but WAY too much ranch! A 50-50 ratio of ranch to hot sauce works better otherwise all you taste is ranch.
