Crustless Cheese Quiche

Very good and super quick and easy to throw together! I left out butter per other reviewers and added leftover roasted red potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano to give it a little more flavor. Will make again!

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Have made this recipe several times, both as gifts and for my family. It's a hit everytime! Unwrapping the caramels tends to take awhile but besides that step, it's a very simple recipe.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Pudding Poke Cake

Made this to take over for a potluck lunch with a few friends, and it was a hit. It was a good, simple recipe to make and uses what you probably already have in your pantry. I didn't have two packs of chocolate pudding so I filled the poke holes with chocolate pudding and then "frosted" with a box of vanilla pudding and 2 cups of milk.

Stuffed French Toast II

This was so easy and delicious! Both my hubby and I loved it! I used what I had on hand - tuscan bread, strawberry preserves, and vanilla extract (instead of oatnut bread, raspberry preserves and almond extract), and it turned out great. Can't wait to try other varieties!

Honey-Glazed Pork Chops

Very simple and delicious recipe! This is the second time I've made it and it turned out great each time. I baked it for 14 minutes before turning and then 12 minutes the second time and it came out perfectly. We've added it to our regular rotation.

Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy

We thought this was very good and easy to make! We added italian seasoning, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the plain bread crumbs but think we'll add some chili powder next time too. Will definitely make again!

Chicken Enchiladas I

I made this tonight and thought it was both delicious and very simple! Instead of taco sauce, I used enchilada sauce. Substituted onion powder for fresh onion and diced green chiles for green peppers (per other reviewers' suggestions.) Also, used rotisserie chicken and less cheese and light sour cream to lighten it up.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Very good and easy. I also used only 1 egg and added some Parmesan cheese and black pepper to my italian bread crumbs. As another reviewer suggested, I poured the pasta sauce on top of the chicken too and Italian shredded cheese for the last five minutes of cooking time. Paired it with angel hair pasta and salad. Yum!

Easy Fruit Cobbler

I used a 21 oz. can of lite cherry pie filling instead of the fresh fruit and added about 1/2 tsp. of almond extract to the batter. It turned out great and was very simple to make!

Taco Soup II

This was super simple and delicious! I used black beans instead of the lima and pinto beans just because that's what I had on hand and used diced tomatoes instead of stewed tomatoes. I also used the homemade Taco Seasoning I on this site and served it with cornbread. I added about a cup of extra water so it wasn't quite as thick. We loved it and will make it again!

Honey Ribs

I've made this recipe several times and it turns out delicious every time. I usually omit maple syrup (because I don't have it on hand), use all beef broth instead of some water, and double the other liquid ingredients (honey, Bbq sauce, honey mustard.) It's great with mac n cheese and green beans!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

This is a quick and easy recipe that I've made several times. I like to throw in fresh or frozen broccoli and usually serve it over rice. I also usually add some salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Yum!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

My hubby and I wanted a quick dessert, and I needed to use up ripe bananas. I used 1.5 bananas and added 1 tsp. vanilla. It is a little thinner than a usual cake, but it was delicious! Will definitey make again!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This is an awesome recipe! Everytime I make it, I get tons of compliments and many people think it tastes like something they would order in a great Italian restaurant. I usually follow this recipe pretty closely but use about 1/2 the spinach and I like to use a rotisserie chicken. Yum!

Mexican Rice II

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This turned out very well and was simple to put together. I left out cilantro (hubby doesn't like it) and served with tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese instead of the corn tortillas. Make sure to use mild salsa if your family doesn't like spicy soups! This one is a keeper!
