Lemon Chicken Piccata
Great recipe! Did make some minor changes though. Doubled some stuff because I always feel like there's never enough sauce!! Used 2 cloves garlic, a whole lemon thinly sliced, 2c. chix broth, 1/2c. lemon juice and 1/2c. butter. Also not a fan of capers at all so I used 1 can of drained artichoke hearts, cut into quarters. Other than that I followed the directions exactly and it came out perfect! Served with angel hair tossed in a little olive oil and parm cheese... de-lish. Definitely a keeper!

Chocolate Spiders
Easy recipe. I did tweak it a little bit though- Used a 24oz bag of semi-sweet choc morsels, melted in the mic and instead of using chow mein noodles (not really a fan) I used a 16oz. bag of pretzel sticks. I broke the pretzels up a bit to make the servings smaller- depends on how big you want your spiders. Had some leftover white choc chips I used for the eyes & dotted them with decorating gel. Made about 30-40 "spiders", they look more like monsters to me but they came out great!
