Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
This recipe is amazing and always a sure fire hit. After making it so many times to it's exactness, I started making my own variation on it. I add one small finely chopped onion and sautee that with the garlic and mushrooms until everything is nice and brown. Once I mix the veggies with the cream cheese, I add a few more dashes of onion powder as well as garlic powder. Then, the last 10 minutes of baking, I add grated parmesan on top along with shredded parmesan. They turn out GREAT! Make sure to set aside some for yourself, because they will be gone before you know it!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I loved this recipe! The meatloaf came out SO moist and evenly cooked and was such great comfort food! I added my own little touches though: I wanted to get some veggies in my meatloaf so I finely chopped up an onion, 1 whole carrot and 2 stalks celery. I cooked them in some vegetable oil just until they were nice and sweated down. I cooled the veggies down and added it to the meat mixture with some Italian seasoning and garlic. I also used bread crumbs instead of crackers. With the glaze, I also wanted it to be on top of the meatloaf instead of the bottom. So I just mixed up the brown sugar and ketchup with a little Worsteshire sauce and added it on top of the meatloaf the last 15 minutes of cooking. This recipe is such a great base for adding your own twist to meatloaf!
