Extreme Chocolate Cake
This cake was very light when I took it out of the pan and I was concerned because I thought it would have no substance. But it somehow was airy but very dense, almost brownie like. It maintained a very dark brown colour, which makes me think chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! A very sucessful recipe, out of at least two dozen chocolate cake recipes, I think I found my favorite!
