This banana bread was a lovely reicpe to make. It was easy to put together and the house smelled great while it cooked! I used VREY over ripe bananas that I think deepened the flavor. Next time I shall use vanille extract... I felt it was missing something. But over all It's a yummy recipe.

Baked Ziti I

Excellent!! I woildn't change a thing!! the whole family loved it!! AND! I doubled up the recipe froze the other half for 2 months.... Even better then the 1st batch, the noodles stayed firm & the flavors,.....OH MY GOD! along with a garlic bread recipe found on all recipes, fresh green salad, a btl. of blush wine & tarimisu to finish. It made me chuckle,... The meal was so good, it sounded like my family was making love instead of eating dinner.

Easy Tiramisu

excellent!!! No left overs on this one! thing is.. the lady fingers got a bit soggy, but the recipe mixed like a dream! Being american living in the UK w/ my british family, it's like pulling TEETH to get them to try a true, well rounded Italian meal, but i recieved.. 10 marks out of 10 on that nite..Cheers!!

I don't skimp on the ing. if it calls for buter... i use butter. Makes all the differance. these cookies get eaten faster then i can makes them.

Calzone

i did this recipe and it was the best. but i love seafood! and made a seafood calzone... my husband even loved it! by replcing the meat with, mussles, shrimp, sea legs and on occasion...octopus! yum yum. I get a jar of bruschtta sauce mozzella and rocitta cheeses. ~Just make sure you drain the seafood WELL before cooking.

Buffalo Chicken Wings

I am married for the 2nd, moved to england.... When i made this recipe for my new family, they went wild! Beg me to make them all the time. Now it's the Saturday nite special.. Cheers William! the blue cheese dip is excellent as well.
