I followed the recipe exactly... except. I forgot the mustard. Best mac and cheese recipe ever. Even my 12 year old who would never eat anything but the boxed orange kind, ate about half a dish of this and said it was awesome.... kept coming back for more. There is, as another reviewer noted, some breakthrough thyme flavoring, but it is not overwhelming. Thank you Chef John!
