I'm a white collar professional male who has a home and wife in WI and a career & apartment in Chicago. Since I don't see my wife everyday, I cook to ward off the lonliness, then bring what I've learned home every weekend. My wife has a FT career and attending nursing school at night. Two wonderful sons in college, both bright and handsome gentlemen. I'm an avid reader, golfer and guitarist. I like to experiment with all sorts of ethnic foods and classic American and French dishes.
