These are delicious and so easy!!! Tip melt in microwave and then use two spoons to roll it around in chocolate. Also definitely refrigerate before rolling. I refrigerated mine for 2 hours before rolling in chocolate. Im making some more holiday ones and bringing them home for the family. I know they will be a huge hit!!

Tiramisu II

I have never made tiramisu before this but I figured id give it a try! It is delicious and the texture is wonderful. The only thing that I would have changed is that i wish the cream was a bit sweeter but this is canceled out a bit with the sweetness of the mascarpone cheese mixture. It was definitely a huge hit!!!
