Fudge

Very delicious and easy fudge recipe. I prefer milk chocolate chips so substituted 2 cups of milk chocolate chips + 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips. Pressed chopped walnuts onto top before chilling. Beautiful presentation for my gift boxes and delicious!

My family liked this recipe. I didn't have any celery or green peppers so I substituted yellow peppers. Next time I will buy the celery as the green would help the visual appeal of the dish.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

Fabulous recipe! I just made these for my family using craisins and they ate the entire batch. Made a second batch using tart cherries and they love them, too. Next up will be apricot. This recipe is foolproof. Just don't overmix the dough and they will be excellent!

Easy Tuna Casserole

Turkey Brine

I loved this recipe! It took a bit of time to prepare and cool but was well worth the effort. Also, my husband had to help me pour everything into the bucket and then carry it outside so I would say this is a two person job. The turkey was moist and juicy and I will definitely be brining again next year. The gravy was spectacular! Thanks so much.
