I ust made this icing on the weekend to go with some made from-scratch red velvet cupcakes. It was one of the BEST icings I have ever tasted. I read alot of the comments on here and was hesitant to try it, as I wanted to pipe the icing onto my cupcakes, and many comments said that his icing was not stiff enough. Mine came out perfct! To get the icing thick enouh to pipe, I suggest using a package of whip cream stabalizer like "Whip It" (in the bakling isle at the grocery store follow the package directions). Your whipping cream will not fall, and the icing will hold up for a few days with refridgeration. Excellet Recipe!
