Corn Pudding

This has been a family staple my whole life! Have always loved it, I add a tbsp of sugar too :) DELISH! Make in smaller dish though, 9x13 too big... I use a 1.5qt casserole dish PERFECT

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

I was leery of this recipe at first because of the mayo... let me tell you, I'm SO glad I made it! These were the BEST scalloped taters I've EVER had and they couldn't have been easier! I was also nervous at the amount of onion but really they just sort of melt into the onions! Even the kids (well 5 out of 6) LOVED them!!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Definitely the BEST apple pie! I do add 1 tsp cinnamon to syrup & then pour 2/3 of syrup over apples, add lattice top & pour rest of syrup on then. SUPERB!!!!!!

World's Best Lasagna

This lasagna is AWESOME! I like a little more spice so next time I may add diced pepperoni (I normally do to my 'usual' lasagna). We LOVED it!

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

Super good but is ready quick & will burn easily -- I turn my crock on about 1 hour before ready to eat. Then is best. I also ad 4 oz Velveeta and cut down shredded cheese by about half

Corn Dog Muffins

Thought I would love these and they were just okay.... very bland, had a strange appearance... hmmm..... may try again with different dogs and maybe add some more seasoning? 1 out of my trio liked them -- strangely the one who doesn't normally like hot dogs! Go figure!

Three Berry Pie

DELICIOUS! As others have mentioned, I upped it to 1/4 cup cornstarch and also used Splenda in place of sugar. Used fresh strawberries and frozen 3 berry blend (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) and store-bought crust... it was to die for, especially with vanilla ice cream on the side!! YUM-O! A keeper for sure!
