Famous Pork Chops

Use 1 Tbls of Butter for each chop. Cook time was more than recipe, but they were mostly frozen when I put them in. 2 eggs instead of 3. I cooked 8 chops.

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This cake lasted less than 24 hours in our house!! Very moist! My husband loved it, and he usually doesn't like coffee cakes because they're too dry. Great Recipe! I might try it with raspberries next time just to see how that turns out.
