I made this with a food processor. I added lemon zest from one lemon and about 1 cup of cranberries. These were so good! A quick and easy scone recipe that is a winner.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2011
Made this for breakfast on Christmas morning to have with Eggs Benedict. I was so impressed by how easy this was to make, how it didn't curdle or even look like it would and how devine it tasted. This is a recipe that I will use over and over again to make this tricky sauce. Tricky no longer though!

Honey Mustard Dressing II

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
When I tasted this dressing after making it, it tasted too tangy. I had made a double batch and only used 1 and a half tablespoons of dijon mustard. We served it with a coleslaw type salad (capsicum, carrot, spinach, shallots, red cabbage and wombok cabbage shredded finely). Well, it was an amazing dressing for the salad. Perfectly easy to prepare and the taste was perfect when eaten with the salad. I used home made mayo (Whole Egg Mayonnaise recipe from All Recipes) as we are trying to be careful about chemicals and preservatives in processed foods these days.

Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
I made these for an afternoon snack. I reduced the salt by half but still they were way too salty. I'm going to try a different recipe next time - very disappoined.

Whole Egg Mayonnaise

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
This mayo is amazing. I like how it uses the whole egg so there is no wastage. Have made this twice now in three weeks. Everyone adores it and we will never go back to buying supermarket mayo as there is no comparison. I use a blender the first time and then tried the stick mixer for the second batch. I found it easier to do with the stick mixer and a lot quicker.

Chicken Noodle Salad with Peanut-Ginger Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
This is one super recipe. My family all devour it whenever I make it. I did tweak a little by using toasted mixed seeds and slivered almonds instead of the peanuts. I also doubled the dressing and it was superb.
