Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2003
This is a REALLY great recipe. It's not a pretty dish - but very, very good. I make a lot of soups and this will definitely be my new favorite. Lots of flavor and very filling.

Bananas Foster II

I made this for a group of 10 people. It only took a few minutes and everyone was scraping their bowls they enjoyed it so much. I made it the next night for a different group and they loved it, too. VERY VERY easy and VERY good.

Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
This was soooo good. You could make without the chicken -- put the tomato/artichoke sauce on pasta or rice. It was that good. I can't find the sun dried pesto - just used the normal green pesto and it was YUMMY!

Chicken Pot Pies with Puff Pastry

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
we loved this. I used frozen corn and broccoli instead of canned potatoes and fresh carrots. Yummy. I also baked it in 2 bread pans instead of small bowls-- then each person got 1/2 of the "loaf"

the frosting was amazing. Cake was stupendous. My whole family loved it at Easter. Very moist, flavorful...and heavy. I left it right in the 9x13" pan and served from there.

Sure to impress! Very very yummy. A light, breezy drink. Add more mint though - Bacardi's recipe calls for 12 leaves per drink!!!

Tomato Bacon Grilled Cheese

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2006
this is how my family has made these for years. Sometimes it's just the tomato..sometimes just the bacon - sometimes both...but NEVER do we have just grilled cheese! Once you make it this way, you won't either.

Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2006
AMAZING! What flavor. I took this to a potluck and it was a big hit. This recipe makes 12 servings! MMM. It did take a LOT longer to cook than the recipe stated. After 45 minutes i finally dumped it out of the bowl and onto a cooking sheet and cranked the heat up -- it still took more than an hour to be completely done. Very, very yummy.

EVERYONE loved these. Got lots of recipe requests! :) Yummy. One time i didn't have 2 vanilla puddings, so i used 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate and it was YUMMY! I bet 2 chocolates and no vanilla would be extra yummy.
