Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
Great recipe! Very simple and tasty. The only thing I would change next time would be reduce the mayonnaise to 1/4 cup, just for personal taste.

Tiramisu II

Excellent recipe! I doubled the coffee as others recommended and used 1 tsp of rum flavoring instead of real rum.

Sparkling Punch

Refreshing flavor that isn't too sweet! My guests loved it. The only change I would make would be to halve the amount of sliced oranges and lemons and leave the tablespoon of sugar out.

Fluffy Pancakes

Wonderful recipe! For anyone concerned, you can't taste the vinegar at all. I add a couple of extra teaspoons of sugar as my husband prefers a little more sweetness.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Really easy, delicious recipe. It would be easy to double and add stir fry vegetables to for a full meal, served over rice.

Delicious and easy! After reading several reviews I baked entire recipe in bundt pan for 45min and it came out perfectly. I also used one cup whole wheat flour and two white. Lovely texture with a tasty crust!

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2013
Excellent recipe! I halved it and used an 8x8 pan and baked for only 40min (my oven runs hot). This is by far the tastiest way I've used slightly overripe bananas!

Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
Tasty recipe! I also used fresh sauteed mushrooms as I don't care for canned. Next time I would use a little less onion and more cheese.

Chicken A La King

Simple recipe. It does need either less flour or more liquid. I just added about 1/3 cup more milk and it was fine. Tasted great!

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2012
I prepared the recipe exactly as written, with mixed results. First of all, there was so much streusel topping that the top of the cake was completely sealed into the pan. I used a butter knife to chisel it out. Also, the blueberries stuck to the side of the baking pan as well. I decided to remove the cake piece by piece. I brought the slices to our church coffee gathering this morning, where it received rave reviews. I recommend greasing your bundt pan with something more effective than spray, adding 3/4 cup milk instead of 1/2, and halving the topping. It is a good tasting recipe, once you get it out of the pan!

Dave's BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
It doesn't taste like BBQ sauce to me. Too much ketchup taste. Might be good with shrimp.
