Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

The best comfort soup/ food in the winter. I've made this for a gathering in my home years ago and still get asked for the recipe. A Keeper recipe.

Crescent Chicken Bundles

This is a family favorite, all 3 of our kids ask for this to be made often.. I omit the chives and instead I used minced onion ( 1-small white/yellow onion). It's a great meal with a salad :)

Cabbage Rolls II

Salisbury Steak

Very good and yummy, however a bit salty. I always make a double batch of the gravy to serve with mash potatoes, and serve along with fresh green beans or snap peas :)

Easy White Chocolate Oreo Truffles

YUMMY and so easy to make!! Make sure you chill the truffles on wax paper in the fridge for at least an hour before dipping them in the chocolate. I used White and Semi Sweet Chocolate, it was a hit with my girlfriends :)

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

The best meal, and so easy, my whole family love this meal, which makes it my favorite.. no change needed just add a salad and some good crusty bread to scoop up that sauce.. YUM!
