I love to cook fried chicken and other comfort foods. My goulash is my best dish though.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Just cooking is a tradition in my family. We love to be around eachother, and food brings us closer. I have been gathering all my family's traditional recipies for bread, pie crust and my aunts famous 7 layer salad, among others.
My cooking triumphs
I just cooked my first full traditional thanksgiving dinner for 14 people. It was the greatest moment of my cooking career. I was so happy I teared up. Call me a wuss, I was unbelieveably happy!
My cooking tragedies
Well I just moved out, and haven't exactly had the chance to REALLY screw something up. My worst habit is never setting a timer, because I don't have one around here! I know I need to get one... Oh well. =]
