Banana Pumpkin Bread
This is fantastic! After reading several reviews, here are the tweaks that I made, and that I will stick with. 1/4 cup of vegetable oil instead of 1/3. Used an entire can of pumpkin, instead of 1 1/3 cup. Used 1/2 cup of brown sugar in place of honey. 1 teaspoon of Allspice instead of Pumpkin Pie Spice. 1 cup of chocolate chips in place of raisins, left out the walnuts because I didn't have any on hand, or I would have added them too. Baking time, was 80 minutes at 325 degree oven. I have now made 2 loaves, and both turned out perfectly! I love this bread! Thanks!

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew
I made this two weeks ago and it is awesome! If you would rather not use the burgundy wine, I looked up substitutions and you can use red wine vinegar instead, which is what I did. Also, it does indeed make a lot, so you want to make sure your crock pot can hold every bit of 5 quarts. Mine is a 5.5 quart which allowed me plenty of room. I followed the recipe as is, except I used 2 onions instead of three, and I used sliced fresh mushrooms instead of the button ones. Gooood Stuff!!!

Campbell's Kitchen Beef Stroganoff
I made this for dinner yesterday, it is really good! I added a small container of fresh sliced mushrooms to the ingredients, that is the only thing I did differently than what is called for. The husband loved it and it has officially been added to the rotation list
