Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze
I never was a huge fan of pork until tonight after truly enjoying this recipe!! I made it exactly as written and it was awesome. The only thing I did differently was the cooking method. I followed another reviewer and cooked it at 475 for 15 mins uncovered, then 375 for 30 mins covered. I only marinated it for about 2 hrs and the flavor was perfect. Even my 4 year old daughter told me I made a really good dinner!! Its def a keeper in this house.

This was excellent!! I added fresh asparagus and served it over brown rice. Very good, thanks!

Ruby Drive Sloppy Joes
Overall, this was a good recipe as written. However, the only thing I didn't like was there was too much dijon mustard, so next time I will half the mustard.
