Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I added a bit more flour, more sugar, one more egg, and a touch of milk and made this recipe into a cake instead of cookies. The cake came out absolutely delicious! Great for a quick breakfast treat, or to have with coffee or tea. I will definitely be using this again. Thanks Debbi and Tegan!

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham
I had to do this recipe a bit different as I didn't have all the ingredients on hand, like the pineapple juice and ground cloves. Instead I used the juice of a whole orange and added a small dose of lemon juice. I also put the ham in a baking dish with sliced carrots and potatoes with just enough water to cover the veggies. I covered the ham with the glaze and threw some in the water. It came out absolutely delicious! The ham, potatoes, and carrots! My 3 year old daughter is a real picky eater but she had two helpings of the ham. I highly reccomend this recipe!

Birthday Party Cake
I followed this recipe step-by-step and added a little lemon juice as suggested. I don't know if it was something I did wrong or the actual cake but it didn't come out good. It was for my daughter's birthday party and it was all mushy and lumpy. Not fluffy and light. The only thing that saved it was the Butter Cream Frosting II. I don't think I'll be doing this cake again.
