I always use allrecipes, rarely stick to the directions, and have never posted before, but this recipe has got me more compliments than anything else I have made. We bring it to virtually every barbeque that we go to, and it is the #1 dish every time.
I know that there are a ton of ways to lower calories on this dish, but I just make it exactly the way it shows (although I top it with paprika), and I only make it for parties.
One key I've found is to use the most heavy-duty mayonaise that you can find (dukes, old south, ect) as it makes it extra good (unhealthy).
