Roasted Rack of Lamb

Best meal we have ever had. Had chops and not a rack. Made it with maroccan cousous and the mint sauce someone suggested. AWESOME!

Mulligatawny Soup I

AWESOME. Added more curry, thyme and rice as I like my soups thicker.....also added my cream when I added the chicken. I am a bit of a cream fanatic and like for it to simmer in my sauces/soups for awhile.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

We LOVE this it!!!! Best EVER. Used fresh chilli peppers but cut the amount in half. Used the blender to chop onions, garlic and peppers. Pureed a third of the beans. fresh Oregano. Poured some heavy cream in it and added some cinnamon to tie the flavors together. Cooked on low heat for a couple of hours.
