Super Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Very easy and yummy :-) I either didn't measure my broth correct or we just preferred more because I did add some extra water at the end. I used non-MSG bouillon cubes instead of a prepared liquid broth. I did find this dish rather salty and I typically add salt to everything, but it could just be a preference thing.

Grilled Salmon I

The hubby loves salmon and besides my amateur mistake of over charring the skin side of the salmon he said it was really good. I'm not even a fish or seafood fan and I enjoyed this. I would say that cooking it for 6-8 mins per side was way too long though. And I didn't marinate it longer than 20-30 mins so the flavor may be even better if I'd let it marinate the 2 hours stated. I'm sure I'll have a second chance to prove that :-)

This was yummy and too easy :-) I used a small 4 lb ham without the bone that was precooked and only cooked it for 1 hour on low in the crockpot

Baked Spaghetti

This was quite easy and overall tasty. I will skip the ricotta cheese next time as I just felt it gave the dish a crumbly texture rather than a creamy, cheesy texture. Also, I know I will need to season the cooked ground turkey (I always substitute ground turkey for ground beef) as we just prefer a lot of spice and flavor.

Easy Mexican Casserole

The sour cream was over powering in this dish. I think I will add some green peppers next time or onion, plus use less sour cream. Not a great dish, but definitely not horrible though either.

Roasted Corn on the Cob

Awesome!!! I just shucked the corn and brushed them with butter then rolled them in foil and baked it for 25 mins. My husband immediately gave me a "thumbs up" :-) I was a little leary of adding all the other ingredients/spices for fear of ruining some good ole sweet corn in its own beauty :-P

Banana Banana Bread

I really like this! I do wish I had remembered to add some cinnamon and/or nutmeg. I will definitely try that addition next time as it seems to miss just a tad of something. Overall though this is a great banana bread! :-)

Garlic Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Skillet

The cauliflower and brocolli were very mushy as well as the cauliflower giving this a "lacking something" taste. I expected more of a fresh veggie taste with this dish. The chicken was good tho.

Garlic Chicken

Amazing!! I used Stove Top chicken flavored dressing mix instead of dry bread crumbs and this worked great. I also used some extra garlic as my husband and I love garlic on pretty much everything. The hubby said "it's really good!" Definitely on the quick, easy and delish list! :-)
