Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2006
This was great! I wasn't sure about the Feta mixing with the other flavors, but it was awesome. I think I would add fresh herbs next time, just to make it taste even fresher, but it was pretty tasty!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2005
This was really good and easy. Much better than "the box". My husband and kids like the creamier mac and cheese. I like both kinds, this was definitely a hit, especially if your family likes super creamy mac n cheese without the sharp cheddar bite.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2005
The sauce on this was incredible!!! The only problem I had was that the tilapia came out soggy, but I'm not sure if it was the way I prepped it or not. I will try this with grouper and Mahi to see if it's better with a sturdier fish. SOO yummy, though!! Tastes like Fresh Catch Pontchartrain from Harry's restaurant!!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2005
I brought this to a work function. Everyone loved it, but I thought it was heavy and had a weird tinny taste that pre-made alfredo sauce has. I will make again for work, but not for other company.

Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2005
This was a great recipe! I divided the mix into two rounds and added cinnamon sugar to one half, and a cup of cheese and scallions with a pinch of salt to the other half. I also cut each round into eight wedges, otherwise the wedges would have been too big. They were wonderful!!

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 28, 2005
I made these and substituted the fruit with 1 cup cheese and 1 package Jones Farm light link sausage, finely chopped. They were phenomenal!! Next I'll try it with the fruit!

Guinness® Corned Beef

Reviewed: May 28, 2005
This was so moist and tasty! A big hit on St. Patrick's day! It was better than the traditional corned beef. I baked this one in the oven, and cooked the traditional one in the crock pot.

Chicken and Dumplings III

Reviewed: May 28, 2005
This was great! I also substituted one of the cans of cream of celery with cream of chicken. Very tasty!! The biscuits I used were "butter added", and the "butter" melted into the sauce, which made it richer. I wouldn't suggest that all the time, but it was tasty!! Even my picky 12 year old ate it....and liked it!!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2004
I have found the PERFECT marinara recipe...and I messed it up the first time!! I didn't have any paste, but made the sauce anyway...a little liquidy, so it's good that way on a heavy pasta.... Now I'll make it the right way and it will be even better!! Thanks so much!!

Barbequed Thai Style Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2004
Kickin' marinade!! Even my kid liked it, and she's as picky as they come!! I would serve this with noodles and The Best Peanut Sauce on this website (tweaked with sweet curry powder or garam masala)

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2004
This was a great starter chili, and I added about 1/4 cup chili powder....it thickened it and added so much more flavor!! Thanks for an awesome recipe!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2003
Not the greatest for me and my honey, but the kids liked it. Of course, that doesn't guarantee they'll like it next week.... I probably won't make this again.....

Sausage Gravy I

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2003
My honey is the pickiest when it comes to sausage gravy....he says this is better than restaurant gravy!! I make it with a pound of Jones' farm light sausage, and a little extra butter to give it a rich, but not too greasy consistency. I even like it!!!

Broccoli Cheese Soup III

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2003
This was a great recipe, even better the next day. I did add a cup more cheese, but I felt the soup was too liquidy and not as flavorful without the extra cup of cheese....then again, I like cheese!! My kids liked it, and it filled them up quickly. I had it for lunch the next day, and I still have some in the freezer!!

This is a great simple recipe. I did add extra hot sauce, but my fiance loved it, and he is sooo picky about thai food!! I will use this again!
