Delicious!!! The only difference I made was not as much peanuts on the top. Still awesome!!!!! This is the best peanut butter pie recipe.

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2012
Usually everyone in my family hates fish, and we try to have it every Friday, so every week I try a different recipe to please them. This one finally succeeded! Everyone loved it! Thanks so much!

Honey Wheat Bread II

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2012
Fantastic- and healthy!!! My whole family loves it and they are always begging me to make it. It takes a while, but it is totally worth it! But for some reason, although the bread is fully risen and looks perfect when I put it in the oven, it collapses a little bit while it is being cooked. So the middle is just a little caved in, not too bad though. We still love it, this does not affect the taste!!!

Seven Layer Dip II

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2012
This was an amazing dip!!! Wonderful with tortilla chips. I used only 4 teaspoons of taco seasoning because 1 ounce seemed like way too much. It was perfect! We also omitted the salsa and used just cheddar cheese.

Donna's Famous Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2012
Everyone in my family loved this cheese cake. I lost my original recipe from my great-grandmother, so we tried this one. It was soooo yummy- almost as good as Grammy's. The next time we made it I tried added mini chocolate chips. It worked wonderfully! I think I did half a cup or a whole cup- I forget. Also I sprinkled chocolate chips on the top. Only problem is it split while baking- oh well. Still tasted great!

Italian Wheat Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2012
These are great! and healthy. Usually my family refuses to eat whole wheat, but they loved these rolls! However, when I covered the rolls with a damp cloth and set the timer, 40 minutes later they were only 3/4 of their previous size! I don't know what I did wrong- perhaps my house is too cold! So I preheated the oven to 400 for 1 minute, then turned it off. I put the rolls in the oven to continue rising for 20 minutes. After that they were perfect. We froze half for another time and ate the rest!

Fluffy Biscuits

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
I would rate this four and a half stars if I could. It was great, we all loved it and it was easy to make, but it tasted almost exactly like my pie crust recipe! However, I personally love the taste of my pie crust, so I loved these biscuits. If you don't want pie-crust tasting biscuits, however, don't make this recipe!

Tomato Bread Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
I just love this. If you like tomatoes with dressing, you will absolutely love this. I have it for lunch, have it with dinner, bring it over to other people's houses for a side dish... it works for everything. The tomatoes go great with the bread and dressing.

Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2012
These are sooooo good. We make them every strawberry season and we all love them! I do half whole wheat flour and half all-purpose flour. Also I take out the cream of tartar and replace it with baking powder. Still sooo delicious! I recommend this recipe to all strawberry lovers!

The Amazing Swedish Meatball

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2012
We went to Ikea, a Swedish-based department store, and got Swedish meatballs at their restaurant. They were delicious and we wanted to find one exactly like it. This was the closest we've come. Made with 1 lb. ground pork, 1/2 lb. ground beef based to ingredients on hand. Cut the salt in sauce down to 1 teaspoon, and it was awesome!! Served with egg noodles and mashed potatoes. My mom claimed they were better than Ikea's!!!! Just made these for a second time, the RIGHT way, with 1 lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground pork. Just as good, I could barely taste the difference! I also added a little more flour to the sauce to make it slightly thicker. Served to company and they loved it!

Chocolate Crinkles II

Yum!!!! These were very good! I cut the sugar down to 1 3/4 cups, and stuck them in the freezer for an hour instead of the fridge for 4 hours. Worked out great! Very chocolaty, and therefore very good!
