Pasta Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2012
Very good, I don't want to be one of those people that reviews after they changed the entire recipe but I did add the mushroom and onion to the ground beef while cooking with Italian seasoning and I then added a can of cheese soup after draining the beef mixture and heated that up before mixing everything together. I only put grated cheese on the top of the pasta before baking. I have had it both ways and both were delicious!! FYI... I also added some ground chili peppers to the mix for an added zip.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2013
This salmon is excellent and I will make it at least once a month. My only issue is that it was emailed to me (from All Recipes) as 1 of 5 "no fuss dinners" and then I saw that the total time from start to finish was 2 hours. When you get home from work at 6:00 pm, 2 hours later is late to feed your family (adding 1/2 hour more because I am not going to start cooking the second I walk in the door). There are plenty of fresh fish recipes that don't take this long. I would certainly do this on a Saturday or Sunday. This is not a slight against the author but perhaps All Recipes needs to realize that "no fuss" is certainly under 2 hours (Monday to Friday)

Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2013
Made this yesterday and it was wonderful!! I added frozen carrots, frozen peas, onions, garlic powder and thyme. I didn't have any potato flakes so I added about a Tbsp of flour an hour before serving and it worked fine. (I gave it a 4 because I added so much to it but as made I would give it a 5)

Kielbasa Appetizers

Seemed greasy to me. Our company liked them (so they said) but I didn't care for them.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2013
Loved this! I made it exactly as written and then shredded the pork and put it back in the slow cooker for about an hour. I served it on onion rolls. My husband would not stop raving about this for 4 days and told everybody about it. This will definitely be served again and again. Thank you!!!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2013
After the amount of reviews on here I'm probably not going to say anything new but - SERIOUSLY, YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS THE WAY IT'S WRITTEN BEFORE SWITCHING IT UP!!! The Cream of Potato Soup really makes a big difference, members of my family have been making this for years but always with different kinds of soup (mushroom or chicken)and I liked it then and certainly wouldn't turn it down BUT the potatoe soup makes the difference, I don't know why and I don't care, from now on when I'm at family gatherings all I will think of is the fact that I've had better. The next time I made it I added more ham, left out the parm and sprinkled bread crumbs on top and it was also amazing. You can certainly do whatever you please for this recipe to meet your taste but DO NOT substitute out the soup!! I really can't stress this enough... Don't do it!
